PREGNANT WOMEN BEWARE OF CHINESE FOOD’S AUTISM
By: Jessica Casey
Our health is directly affected by the food that we eat and when the food is impure the mind and body becomes impure. Food should be eaten in a natural and unadulterated state, free of food coloring, taste enhancers, stabilizers and preservatives that are added to foods daily. Food additives are substances added to food, either to prevent spoilage, or enhance appearance, taste, texture, or nutritive value. There are over 2,800 of these substances currently being used in foods. The most widely used, and perhaps the most deadly, found in nearly all processed and manufactured food is MSG, monosodium glutamate. MSG is a highly reactive amino acid. It is used by scientists in studies to purposely cause death to areas of the brain and is fed to rodents to make a strain of obese and pre-diabetic test subjects. MSG is classified as a neurotoxin: if too much of it is introduced to the brain it can cause rapid cell death. MSG is a toxin made up of water, sodium salt and glutamate. Even though it has no taste or nutritional value it is used by the food industry as a flavor enhancer.
MSG acts as a drug and works by stimulating the tastes buds and exciting neurons in the brain, creating the illusion of tastier food. In other words all it does is trick you into believing that the food you are eating tastes good all the while killing your brain cells. There are high contents of MSG found in the Chinese food sold in the “Black” community. In fact, these high concentrations of MSG found in potato chip brands, juices, sodas, and the very popular Chinese food are responsible for the all time high appearance of Autism and ADHD in the “Black” and “Spanish” community. MSG is used in almost every institutional setting across the country. From hospitals to school cafeterias to elderly care facilities. MSG is being added to mass produced food to increase its palatability. Women are being exposed to a major toxin that can cause irreparable damage to their child even before they discover they are pregnant. The MSG toxin invades the embryo’s brain stem at as early as 20 days after conception. This in turn leads to ADHD and Autism in the unborn child of the woman who innocently was appealing to her appetite.
MSG is linked to an innumerable amount of symptoms that include and are not limited to nerve poison, burning sensations, ADD, asthma-like symptoms, chest pains, depression, infertility and endocrine problems, insomnia, irregular or rapid heart beat, fatigue, joint pain, mood swings, head aches and migraines, numbness, gastric distress, and weakness. It kills brain cells in the hypothalamus and disrupts the endocrine system in children. You should find it interesting that such a deadly drug has not been banned by the FDA. There is no limit to the amount that can be used either. Although the FDA requires MSG to be labeled on products, they leave out the fact that if it does not contain at least 99 percent of the glutamate then it does not have to be labeled as MSG. Some of the most common names used for MSG that you will find on the labels are hydrolyzed protein, sodium caseinate or calcium caseinate, autolyzed or hydrolyzed yeast, glutamic acid, monopotassium glutamate and gelatin. Autism was unheard of before the1950’s. MSG was introduced to the American diet in 1948. You do the math. It’s no wonder the children are having shorter attention spans, irregular behavior patterns, and find it so hard to retain information when they are being fed MSG in school for lunch and after school for snack. This would also explain the ignorant behavior of adults in underdeveloped communities. Bad food content is breeding grounds for bad thinking.

“Many chemicals ingested are not useful to the body and cannot be eliminated and are therefore merely stored. The medicines accumulate, along with the food additives that are eaten in such abundance, on the average of twenty five pounds per person, per year. And they combine with each other to literally poison the system. The effects may not be felt for many years. This does not mean that there is no need for modern medicine, but often doctors are considered to have some form of absolute knowledge. Too often, frequent visits to the local GP, General Practitioners specialists, or psychologist are substituted for living a healthy life. Most of the disease of the mind and body can be eliminated by following the five basic points; Proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking-prayer and meditation.”
